Why haven't we started this yet? Are we attempting to make a date. If we do it in AIM, we'd better do it soon because I have school starting back in a week. And when school starts back, I won't have nearly as much time again. |

Ok... So I put it to question 1 more time...
Would we like to try doin' the entire thing in one long Aim Chatroom? I still think it would allow for a much more realistic and entertaining case... and then we could post the whole thing later for others to read... and anyone who wanted could come and watch as well... Anyone agree? Disagree? any opinions? |

Allrighty... here's the case...
~~~ A normal night at La Ginestra. It's dinner time, and the place is full. Two ladies enter and order a table. Since the place is so full, there is a 25 minute wait before they get their table. They talk about things for a little bit until they finally get their table. They sit at a table for two in the southwest end of the building, just to catch up on some things. One of them orders penne, the other ordered Chicken Alfredo. Service was slow, and it took a very long time for them to get their meal. Eventually one of the two girls goes to the bathroom. She was gone for a very long time, and before Dinner came, her friend also left to the bathroom. A few moments after she entered the bathroom, an earsplitting scream comes from the bathroom. Several guests and employees enter to see what's going on, to find a girl stabbed in the chest, in the far east stall of the women's restroom. Autopsy Report: Time of Death: sometime between 8:30 and 9:30 PM Friday. July 21st, 2006. from loss of blood due to a chest wound from a Knife with a 6 inch blade. Could have lived for several seconds afterwords. Did not strike the heart, or any other place that would cause a quick death. Evidence and other info includes: The waiter's notes, noting that table 15 ordered Chicken Alfredo and Penne. (I dunno... make something of it. x_X) Check in Time, 7:30, then waited 25 minutes for a table. (Do the math, boyos) The Murder weapon, containing no fingerprints, but splashed with the victim's blood, which lab tests proved was infact the victim's. (blah blah blah) A memo to from the victim to the accused telling her to meet her at the Resturaunt for Dinner, to catch up on some things from highschool at that resturaunt, on that date. The letter was sent exactly one week prior to the incident. On examination of the scene, the defendant's knife was missing from her side of the table, and the murder weapon, while having no fingerprints on it, was one of the resteraunt's (S-fucking-P??) knives. *yawns* More later maybe... but I think that that's good... I'll PM you folks some surprize evidence... and anythign you feel like coming up with, you can ask me, and I'll OK it or say "fuck off" and what not. |

ok... I'm just throwin' this out here, but what if we did this all on one giant aim chat room... it would allow for quicker actions and reactions, and a more flowing, objection, sustain/deny, evidence, questioning, so on so forth... I personally think it would end up much nicer than doing it with posts... then we post the chat afterwords to be read and enjoyed...
Like I said... just throwing this out there... but I think it would end up being a much nicer RP... |

The judge can only decide the verdict in Small Claims court (and... ... phoenix wright...) so we'll have a jury...
but I don't see why anybody'd sign up for "Sit around and do nothing, and then make a single post at the end..." But if a bunch of people wanted to have an AIM chat jury, then be my guest... O-o And we're not started yet, Jexim... You can question the whoever on anything that the prosecution doesn't shut you the fuck down, on... And I guess you can have as much contact with the accused as you want... afterall, it's your client. |

whatever... I wish to ask how we're going to work evidence, witnesses, the problem in general and how much contact I'm allowed with the accused... plus... who's the judge? If you are... well... ok then... well... whatever... let me know when I'm due in court |

Ah yes... for objections, go ahead and quote the particular line of text that you object to, thereby cutting off the rest of the post. ;P
Try not to be late, because if the guy being questioned responds before you get to object, I think you miss out. *smiling* Allrighty, so we've got Jexim as the Attourney, VulkanLogic as the Prosecution, True as a Witness, and Xeios (didn't post in here, but PMed me...) as the Accused... but wait! Cairoi wants it too! We'll have to look at that... This is coming along nicely... |

I want to be the prosecutor.
Things able to be objected to: Asking witness for conclusion. Hearsay(talking about something not mentioned in court). A lot of other things that I can't remember five minutes after I got up. |
