Simple.
The Captin is guarenteed the belt if something happens to the belt holder. Lets say the belt holder was given the test to move up in divisions and passes, the belt will then be moved to the belt holder. Now we have an empty space. The next person to challenge for the belt, and loses, will be placed under captin. It's basically just a safeguard so the belt will never be floating around. =P I was considering making it so you have to work your way up the ranks before you can challenge the belt holder. And yes, i know all the downfalls to this idea =P |

Just a question, but I have seen challenges to the belt holders. And in all honesty I have no idea what the captain is for. No one will challenge to get the captains title, everyone wants the belt. What use is the captain's title if no one wants to have it? |

Accutally Xeios, due to the fact I'm currently the only one who's making rules, set this thing up, and seeing to it's progress, my word IS law.
If you would acctually get off your ass and read the beta rules I've had posted for god knows how long, you'd have seen how you get the chance to move up. Since i'm not in the mood to get into a long rant right now, I'll keep this short. 1) I said Prior to Creation of Divisions. to me, that means at about the same time, for not long after I set them up, you gave the title up. 2) Take it up with the current belt holder if you want your title back. |

Xeios, this is not the topic one should argue against. The Divisions are determined by your skill, not by the number of battles you have won. Your so called 'victory' over Leon told nothing of the skill you're supposed to have for the Heavyweight division. Heck, you could have some complete idiot beat Leon due to the 3 day post rule. It doesn't necessariliy mean that certain idiot is ready for the Heavyweight Division. My suggestion to you is to stop arguing and go challenge someone who's more active than Leon.
Also, the title belongs to Cairoi. You gave it to him. You no longer have the right or privlege of saying 'it's only fair if I get it back now' since it is his title, not yours. If you wwant that title again, you're going to have to beat him for it. |

Sorry Xeios, but I can already tell that your arguement is going to fail against Kaijin, though you probably still deserve the belt. I am currently fighting Cairoi for it, and unless he beats me, I'll have to take it. However, if I lose, you can always fight for it to be taken back, as I know you're better than Cairoi, though I may not be.
Anyway, on the subject of my battle with Cairoi, shouldn't I already be moved down since I'm fighting him? Or is that only done after the battle is over? |

Actually, Sparda. I should be moved up. You said that the fight was perfectly legit. If you want a rule that the fighter has to 'beat' the opponent, then you have to make a rule, and make notice to it. Since there was no rule, and probably still isn't, then I should be moved up.
Kaijin, just because you say something doesn't make it the law. And I did not give up my position before divisions started you liar. I gave it up, upon entrance into the battle with Leon, and that was so that I could even fight him. So, If you don't take the ruling of the fight seriously, which it should be, then I'd like my title back. It's only fair. Because if you want to make the battle seem like it never happened, then make it seem like it never happened and give me back my place. |

Did you hit your head or something Xeios? I already told you that winning the fight against Leon would NOT put you in the heavyweight divions x-x. I stated this in PMs, in Threads, and in the beginning of your very fight! How many times, and in diffrent ways, must I say somethign before it sinks in?
The rules that I have made state, that if you are the Title Holder, you will be PRESENTED with the CHANCE at moving on, IF BY DEMISTRATING enough skill, and for LONG ENOUGH. Being a title holder dosn't mean you automatically get to move on by fighting an Illegal fight o.O In short, if the trainers feel you have show enough skill AS A TITLE HOLDER, then we Might give you the oppertunity to advance to a new division. As of prior to the creation of divisions, you gave up your title. |

I beg to differ. You beat Leon, not as a result of your skill, but due to time. In no way does this actually prove that you are worthy of the heavyweight division. I'm pretty sure Kaijin would agree with me on this. Unless you actually prove your worth against someone in a complete battle or one that is almost at completion, you should stay at whatever section you are already in.
Therefore, Xeios is staying in Middleweight as far as I'm concerned. |
