Tsun got closer to Kara and ran her fingers through Kara's hair. Not being forward, but motherly, not showing emotion but displaying tenderness not too many see from her. "Tell me..who did you lose? And why will immortality justify this loss?"

Kara glanced over at Tsun as she spoke and her eyes widened slightly and locked on her fangs for a second. She took a deep breath and held it for a brief moment before slowly releasing it.

She looked at Kara, "Anyone who doesn't learn quickly in this place, won't last long with Narina." She leaned toward the cell door and called into the hallway. Posts: 1398/9734 *Narina leaned against the corner entering the corridor where Tsun and Kara were locked up. She watched Benja silently, her blue eyes glittering dangerously. She overheard the conversation between the inmates and the guard and gave a silent laugh at Kara's comment about judging books by their cover... she herself looked like a model of innocent kindness, but anyone that knew her personally knew just how dark her soul really was. She spoke so suddenly that many of the inmates in the cells jumped. Her tone started out very factual and almost British, however it slowly became more threatening as she continued*
| "The only known vampire in this facility is Jobes over there, although I suspect that there has to be more than just him... however, Benja, most of our inmates do not know of this supernatural presence in my prison and for the sake of preventing mass histeria I would like to keep it that way. So, unless you wish to find yourself living on the streets with no job by this evening, I would suggest that you quit accusing prisoners of being undead and keep your filthy little mouth shut." Posts: 427/3649 Kara's eyes opened slowly and she glanced from Tsun to Benja in a daze, her brown eyes finally resting on Tsun. The sudden change from focusing on Leon inside her mind to being snapped back into reality, caused a brief dizziness to sweep over her. Shaking it off, she looks up at Tsun curiously.
| She then turned her gaze over to Benja. Rising to her feet slowly, she turns until she is facing him directly from behind the bars. With a smirk playing across her lips. "I wouldn't be so quick to judge a book by it's cover." She tries to hold a serious expression, but her smirk quickly turns into a smile. "You'd best start yelling at me before Narina gets back so you don't get into trouble." Kara then turns toward Tsun and sighs. "A conscience is a dangerous thing. It can eat at a person unlike anything else..." Her voice drifts off as she glances around, wondering what happened to Leon. He was reading my mind?
